Privacy & Site Policy

How we handle comments, media, cookies, data, rights, and where data may be sent.

Who we are

Our website address is: https://flpstampive.com/

Comments

When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. The Gravatar privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture becomes visible to the public alongside your comment.

Media

If you upload images, avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract location data from images posted on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email, and website in cookies for convenience, so you don’t need to re-enter details for future comments. These cookies last for one year.

Visiting our login page sets a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, several cookies save your login information and display preferences. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. Selecting “Remember Me” keeps your login for two weeks. Logging out removes the login cookies.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie is stored in your browser containing the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after one day and contains no personal data.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, or articles). Embedded content from other websites behaves as if the visitor has visited those websites directly. These external sites may collect data, use cookies, embed third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with the content if you are logged in to their services.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

Comments and their metadata are stored indefinitely to help recognize and approve follow-ups automatically. For registered users (if any), the personal information they provide in their profile is also stored. Users can view, edit, or delete their personal data at any time (except usernames). Website administrators can also access and modify that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account or have left comments, you may request an exported file of your personal data, including all information you have provided. You may also request data deletion, except for information required by law or for administrative and security purposes.

Where your data is sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
